Shipping policy

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation message once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery time

We deliver across Pakistan. Standard delivery within major cities takes 2–4 business days, while deliveries to other cities and remote areas may take 4–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders above [PKR amount] qualify for free delivery. Cash on delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan and may carry an additional fee of [PKR amount].

Courier partners

We ship through [e.g. TCS / Leopards / M&P / Trax]. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp to monitor your delivery.

Failed or undelivered orders

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, the courier will make up to 2 attempts. After that, the order may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges will apply in such cases. Please ensure your address and contact number are correct at checkout.
